Welcome to St. Fintan’s National School's website. We hope to give you a brief look at all the activities that take place in our school. 

St Fintan’s National School, Lismacaffrey, Co. Westmeath was built in 1957. It is a two teacher school situated about 10km off the main Longford to Dublin road.

There are currently 29 children attending St. Fintan’s and although we are a school with a Catholic ethos, we welcome all denominations.

Mr Conor O’ Farrell is our principal and teaches 3^rd, 4^th, 5^th and 6^th class. Ms Catherine McGerr teaches Junior and Senior Infants and 1^st and 2^nd class. Ms Caitriona Mulligan and Ms Deirdre Stephenson are the Special Education Teachers.  Mr. David Newman is our SNA (Special Needs Assistant).  Our secretary is Ms. Kate Reilly.
